WHO WE ARE
SMRO is an acronym for State Motorcycle Rights Organization. They are organizations comprised of
individuals who are dedicated to insuring personal liberties in our legislature. They are dedicated to
maintaining the lifestyle of motorcycling by working legislatively to promote motorcycle awareness and
road safety, and regaining lost liberties.
