Pledge Allegiance and moment of silence for lost brothers and sisters

1.
Benefit run for Tony Rage today, we will ride after the meeting. We postponed our
Anniversary party to attend Rages benefit.
2.
There is a benefit run for Terry Tree October 5, 2008 put on by his friends. Terry is the flag
guy who was in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago.
3.
Daisy Mae won the contest at Harley Davidson of Ft Myers; you can see her photo on their
bulletin board.
4.
Safety classes were held at Harley Davidson, 32 people attended.
5.
HB137 and HB6809-hippa was discussed.

Ron Berg one of our members was in the hospital this week.

Rally for Burt Saunders is scheduled October 26, 2008. See newsletter for more details.

Still working on Christmas run and state meeting for December 2008. If anyone can help do
anything please call me.

This Saturday is Cape Coral bike night. No cost to the chapter. People who volunteered to
work the table from 5-6 Frankie, 6-7 Shelly and James, Cruise and Lois, 7-8 Trudy and
Teresa, 8-9 Cowboy and 9-10 everyone.

Motion to accept the minutes from last month was approved. 1st - Rob A. and 2nd Gator.
2.
I am still working on the book and should be ordering it in the next month.

Motion to accept the treasuries report 1st Teddy Bear and 2nd by Rob A.
Membership: Trudy Rabell

Five new members and one renewal for this month.
2.
Trudy introduced new members. Trudy requested that Southwest Chapter pay for Tony
Rage renewal and it was voted and no one opposed.
