President: Frankie Kennedy
1.
Frankie talked about bike tickets and thanked the members who are selling them.
2.
Bike show at Victory Lane was a “freeze out”. Has been rescheduled to the 3rd Wednesday of
March.
3.
Relay for life is May 1st, Estero River is sponsoring this if you are interested please let Frankie
know.
4.
The run to Tally is set for April 10th - 13th, 2009. Anyone planning on going please contact a
BOD member.
Vice-President: Bob Litterello
1.
We are working on the Chili cook off - need volunteers. Peggy, Teresa, Frankie, Bonnie, Lyn,
Trudy, Audrey, Lois, Jimmy and Rage have volunteered to bring chili. Bob asked for
volunteers to help with bike games, set up etc. We will have a membership table and have
Trudy, Lyn and Patton volunteered to run.
2.
Motion made to have a dunk tank at the Chili cook off. Many members volunteered Frankie to
be the target!! Motion made to have bike games vs. poker run.

Frankie, Pat and Vic going to the February state meeting.
2.
Motion to accept the minutes from last month was approved. 1st - Rob A. and 2nd Rob R. 2nd.
Treasurer: John Spinella (unexcused absent)
1.
Frankie gave a treasury update. Motion to accept the treasury report subject to audit 1st –
Gator and 2nd by Jimmy.

Membership: Trudy Rabell

1 new member and 5 renewals for this month.
