Hi all,
always I hope this newsletter finds all in good health and
spirits.
Southwest Chapter had its annual Chili Cook off back on the first of February at
Harley Davidson of Ft. Myers, and if you were there you know it was a great time
for all. I have to say I was amazed with the number of entries in the contest;
there were a total of 16 the largest I have seen in many years. We had Scottie
taking home 1st place, our very own Teresa taking 2nd place, and Scott taking 3rd
place with our very own Mike taking an honorable mention for his 4th place finish,
which by the way was only 2/10th
’s
of a point off the mark.
Some of you broke your backs to make this happen you all know who you are I
want to say thank you to all that helped to make this a wonderful event. We
picked up a few new members, made some new friends, and hopefully gave
some folks some unforgettable memories.
Our most sincere thanks go to Ft Myers Harley Davidson for all their support and
the great prizes for the cook off, along with all else they did to make our event a
successful one.
