of Senate Bill 968 on
January 26th, 2009.
Far too long, the motorcyclist of Florida, have suffered with petty fines and petty
sentencing for those that cause serious injury or death resulting from a vehicle crash.
ABATE of Florida, Inc. (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) looks forward to
working with you, the assigned Committees, and other Legislators, as this important
piece of Legislation moves forward.
